MEMORY

The type of building adopted is basically derived from functional reasons, both program and construction. These premises have been adapted to the plot, its orientation and topography.

The functional conditions are those derived from compliance with the needs program set out in the competition.

As a priority, it has been kept in mind that this is a service with patients with special sensitivities, since due to their illness, they can arrive in different states, both physical and emotional.

To do this, it has been intended to create a special environment in the patient waiting areas and in the treatment areas.

Within the functional resolution criteria, direct ventilation and natural lighting search criteria have been applied to all spaces of the building, both to the waiting areas and to the work places and thus try to achieve maximum comfort for patients and workers.
