MEMORY

This project is about a complete renovation of a building intended for outpatient outpatient consultations to adapt it to new plans and healthcare approaches. It is therefore a thorough renovation, which conceptually arranges the spaces for different uses to these innovations.

Due to space requirements, since the existing space could not accommodate the Functional Plan program, a bay in the main façade is extended, part of the roof is used to accommodate part of the facilities, for which a new freight elevator has been created that will have its last stop on said roof.

On the façades, a complete change is proposed with new materials and larger openings that provide more natural light to the different rooms. Sunshades are created to protect from solar radiation given their orientation and which in turn serve to use them as a cleaning corridor.
